Congress this year lead by John Boehner, Eric Cantor, and Paul Ryan – have been on a mission to violate the same laws they read into the record books. Yet neither of them knew that according to Federal Election Commission: section 6104 (1),(2a) allows those that are directly affected by the vote to actually sue members of congress that voted, and placed politics into the vote.
Meaning by them making a pledge to violate people’s first amendment rights which reads: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof: or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
What does that mean for you the citizen?
It means that you can file a case on any member of the house that voted in favor any amendment that violated more than one constitutional amendment. And a rule to make a constitutional amendment, plus these damaging economic hardship budget cuts, with these prolonged budget crisis. Congress for the first time since the creation of the houses: will be in violation of not one, but 7 constitutional amendments.
How does this benefit you?
Well, since we have the Federal Election Commission and the Sunshine Law on public records. And a law that prevents corporations from injecting economic hardships on the country, or sway congress to prevent people from a redress of grievances: with the ban on targeted economic relief. Which means, when they make a choice as a nation to ban something for more than 7 years or 2 years-once the amendment is passed: the sponsor, and those that voted for the amendment to be banned based on economic concerns and not quality of life concerns; can be held liable in court under the same provisions. Such provisions that protect people in their 8th constitutional amendments?
Which has never been addressed before until this congress came into office? What that means is, Kotch Brothers’ spent moneys on campaigns through: (Americans for Prosperity); [perfectly legal] American Prosperity lobbied, and wrote laws, that would favor the economic climate of citizens in this country: to favor a disproportionate class: (Kotch Brothers). The congress then went on to defund an organization called: A.C.O.R.N. and other organizations in those criteria. The same congress then passed a trillion dollar tax cut: that was written by, a lobbyist from one of (Kotch Brothers’) political organizations. What this has done was leave massive people unemployed, and at the same time congress is now trying to defund commissions that provide a service to those that are poor. And hold others from filing grievances or petitioning the government; plus breaking people’s rights on freedom of speech.
The main question is: “How does this break the law, and how can you sue?”
The Law is being broken because an organization, leads by two citizens who have legally done their part into swaying the public perception, but forgot about the checks and balances of the federal government. Like, giving moneys to a campaign to draft laws that kill your competitors: or lobbying them to give you gifts that favor a few elite while placing the rest of the country in economic hardships. Or favoring an agenda, which disbars the people from filing grievances: and such grievances can be rations. Or placing information that shows which person is taking federal grievances, in an open law-then striking a ban on compensation, without knowing who the ban will affect or how it will affect the general economy. Since the Constitution is to protect the people from how the government treats them. And not the other way around: and the constitution was never meant to favor anyone group or party in particular, or favor any interest. And when this congressional leadership place politics and pockets into the mix on how they make the laws, enforced economic hardships on people, and lead to a delay or ban on grievances-they violated the first constitutional rights of the citizens.
If you are this year in terms of economics: you best bet, is to talk to a lawyer-go to the book store, and buy the constitution: read it; then have your lawyer draft legal documents to sue: Congress for breaking three constitutional amendments when they made the choice to inject politics into how they budget our lives.
