The Totnes Museum is perfectly located right in the middle of the main street. You could almost mistake it for another shop if it weren’t so heavily signposted. The museum is built inside an Elizabethan house, and it is very authentic. Some of the exhibits inside date back as far as 5000BC, and show the growth of the town over the years.
