Ode to Silent Eloquence

I crave to offer Truth and Love pure praise,
embroidering my mind with mint-fresh rhyme,
yet fail to find a verb or form a phrase
lest stirred by grace through Your divine design.
From inspiration’s breath transcending time,
come subtle woven-sun-words in compliance
with dulcet tunes of inner soul alliance

Sweet lavender and lilac scent your pages,
and fragrance that’s beyond my mortal sense

still echoes mystic chimes of ancient sages
to saturate my quill with sweet incense
and permeate what wisdom must condense.
Dense veils of ignorance will be withdrawn
so sacred radiance can herald dawn.
