Justin Bieber’s Alleged Baby Mama Mariah Yeater Really Didn’t Think Her Claims Through

Poor Justin Bieber has found himself in the middle of some major baby mama drama — a woman named Mariah Yeater is claiming that the Biebs fathered her child, and she wants him to take a paternity test so that she can start getting child support payments from him. However, Mariah could end up being the one that pays for her outrageous claims.

California Criminal Defense attorney David Wohl told FOX411 that Mariah is basically admitting to being a statutory rapist. She claims that her sexual encounter with Justin took place at the Staples Center in California (the same place that Justin took Selena for their “Titanic” date) when she was 19 years old and Justin was 16 years old. Under California law, this would be considered statutory rape.

So if by some crazy chance her baby did turn out to be Justin’s, instead of getting a big child support payout, she could end up in jail and labeled a sex offender. Basically her poor baby would be evidence that she committed a crime.

Back when Justin and Selena Gomez first started dating, Selena was labeled a pedophile by some of Justin’s angry fans because she was 18 and he was 17.

So since Beliebers got so upset about their age difference and even made death threats against Selena, it’s not surprising that they’re rallying against Mariah — they’ve made her the target of the hashtag #ShutUpMariahYeater, and of course she’s getting plenty of death threats of her own. As Fox News reports, some Beliebers are getting pretty creative with their threats — one fan even wrote this little poem for Mariah: “Dear Mariah Yeater, Roses are red, violets are blue, stay away from Bieber or Beliebers will kill you.”

And if Yeater’s story ends up being untrue and a paternity test proves that Justin is not the father of her child, she’s not just going to have to face the wrath of angry Bieber fans — she could also get in big legal trouble. Mariah could end up having to pay Justin’s attorney’s fees, and if the Biebs wanted to, he could sue her for defamation. Since she painted a pretty bad picture Justin when detailing their sexual encounter in legal docs, it wouldn’t be surprising if he decided to do this.

And if Mariah does end up having to pay up, she’s going to have a hard time coming up with the cash to do so — she’s a high school dropout who is currently living on food stamps. It seems that she might have sold her outrageous story to Star magazine to make some quick cash, believing that she’ll be able to take the money and run once a paternity test proves that Justin is not the father of her child (his rep has vehemently denied her story). However, it’s becoming very evident that she really didn’t think her plan to get a payout through (stay in school, kids), and now she might be giving the money she got for her story to a bunch of attorneys and the Biebs himself.

So basically she’s in a lose-lose situation regardless of what a paternity test proves — hopefully getting her fifteen minutes was worth it.
