Everyone is aware of John Morrison’s WWE Contract will expire at the end of November 2011. The news for today is John Morrison was in talks to appear at Sal Corrente’s upcoming WrestleReunion event.
The event takes place on January 27-29 in Los Angeles, California next year. However, JoMo failed to get a deal done with Sal Corrente, and John Morrison was bashed by Sal Corrente.
Sal Corrente wrote this on the official WrestleUnion Website:
“One of the final spots we left open was for somebody that was “just off TV” to try and reach some younger audiences that may not be familiar with the “classics”. We really thought it would be a guy ….cough… john morrison..cough.. but it turned out to be a Diva. The last spot is being held for a Japanese star.”
John Morrison’s contract with WWE expires at the end of November 2011. It is unknown if John Morrison has reached a new deal with WWE. John Morrison has been pulled from all recent and future advertisements for WWE Events (including the upcoming Japan Tour.) Morrison’s last advertised appearance will be on the Raw SuperShow (in Columbia, South Carolina) on November 28, 2011.
