Bowl season officially begins on December 17th, 2011. Here are some of the favored bowl games in the our house The Sugar Bowl, The Chick-Fil-A Bowl, The Rose Bowl and of course who can ever resist the Hawaii Bowl. Lastly, The Allstate BCS National Championship Game, Jan. 9th, 8:30 p.m. EST, ESPN with (1) LSU vs. (2) Alabama. If you’re like me your planning for the parties. The pigs in a blanket, the Chick-Fil-A chicken nuggets, and the quaso dip made with Velveta and Rotel Tomatoes in the crock pot. But what alcoholic drinks would pair well with all this party food that you will be serving your friends and loved ones?
Here are the games we are planning on watching and also what we will be serving;
Chick-fil-A Bowl, Dec. 31st, 7:30 p.m. EST, ESPN Virginia vs. (25) Auburn
Peach flavored Firefly Vodka-over ice. Along with a tray of Chick-Fil-A chicken nuggets picked up before the game.
Allstate BCS National Championship Game, Jan. 9th, 8:30 p.m. EST, ESPN (1) LSU vs. (2) Alabama
We will be serving alligator bites from Henry’s Louisiana Grille. We will also serve some spicy crawfish Cajun dip. Because both of our featured party drinks are red, we will soon forget who is rooting for Alabama and who is for LSU. Except for the occasional shout out of Roll Tide and Geaux Tigers.

1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur 1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur 1/2 oz sloe gin 1 splash orange juice 1 splash sweet and sour mix
The Traditional Hurricaine –The traditional recipe is very simple:
