frappuccinos are mixed, blended drinks with as much sugar, flavorings and milk powder as coffee (or more) - so they'd have very little caffeine, and don't even taste like coffee

Yes, there's caffeine in both coffee and chocolate. Even if they use decaf coffee (which I doubt), the chocolate will still give you some caffeine.

A: Yea, you could get any coffee frap and ask for a "creme base" those don't have any coffee. Or if you still want a little coffee ask for a frap w/ "half frap base/half creme base"

A: You are allowed to have 300 mg of caffeine per day, which is actually quite a lot. If you're only having 100 mg a day, then you're fine. Besides, if you're 19 weeks, then you're past the critical stage of major organ development. Just be careful to watch your sugars because you can get gestational diabetes, plus it just adds on the pounds. But I think you're ok!
