- A: Put a medium sized sauce pot on to boil. Fill with water and drop in two family sized tea bags. Bring to the boil and when it's boiling rapidly turn off heat. Let the bags steep for at least 20 minutes. Meanwhile, measure 1 1/2 cups sugar (or more if you like it really sweet- up to 2 cups) and pour into a gallon sized pitcher. Pour over brewed tea and stir to dissolve sugar. Fill pitcher to the top with water and serve over ice with lemon wedges.

- A: In your tea kettle (or whatever you're going to boil water in), put about 6 cups of water. Bring nearly to a boil (if it's boiling it's ok) and drop in 4 family sized tea bags. Turn off heat, and let brew w/ lid on about 7-8 minutes. Remove tea bags. DO NOT SQUEEZE the used tea bags; that will release the tannins from the leaves and make your tea bitter. This is your tea concentrate.Pour the hot concentrate into a 1-gallon pitcher. Add 1½-2 cups white sugar to it (depends upon how sweet you like it. Splenda Spoonful also works here.) Stir unti dissolved. Then add cold tap water and ice to make 1 gallon. Serve over ice.
