How do people who take meth feel?
Q: I would never do drugs. I have never even smoked cigarettes. I drink very very rarely — maybe once in a few months. But I would like to know how people who take meth feel. Do they feel similar to when you are drunk? What are some of the things that happen to you?
A: First of all, don’t you hate people who don’t want to tell you what you ask for? The first poster just made themselves ignorant because they really didn’t answer the question fully. Well anyways, Taking Meth does make you feel all of the things the first poster said(Sickly, Aged, Depressed, etc) But that is only after repeated use of the drug for a while. It gives you an unnatural pleasure trip, which is about 5 times as pleasant as sex. This can go on for a while from taking the drug. With continual use of the drug, however, it starts to loose its affect. Eventually, you will get hardly/No pleasure from the drug, as well as pleasure from anything that would naturally cause pleasure. It also makes some people halucinate about odd things like bugs on their skin. It is one of the most ‘Hardcore’ drugs you can take that has been invented. It is about 5 times as pleasurable as being intoxicated, longer, and with much worse hangovers.I’m sure there are more things that you could learn about it, but I have shared with you all that I know. Anybody that only tells you what will happen to you eventually does not deserve 10 points. Like an average human being, I read your question and notice that you have said “I would never do drugs.” I then understand that you are not inquiring on whether you should take the drug. Therefore I included nothing im my response whether you should or should not take the drug.

How Long will my body take to recover from meth?
Q: I recently quit using meth. I feel great the only thing is I eat alot and sleep 12-14 hrs a day. Its been about a month. I cant figure out if i need to do this or if my bodys just getting used to over eating and sleeping. Please help!
A: It took me about 6-8 months the first time I quit after 4 years of using in order to feel “normal” again. The most recent time that I quit (after using for 1 year and after 1.5 years of being clean before that) it seemed to take alot less time (more like 1-2 months) because alot of the the readjustment is psycholgical in my opinion. There is definitely the physical but the psychological can be just as bad to even worse. The reason the second time was so much easier was because I already knew what it was like to get totally sober and to completely readjust. The first time it seemed like I may never feel like the way that I did before and that makes it even harder to feel normal again because you think that now it can’t be the same for you now that you’ve experienced the high life and nothing else will do. The fact is that you WILL feel normal and it will come, it’s just a matter of your mind readjusting and that’s not an easy thing for it to do. If your mind is strong enough to survive on crystal meth then it’s definitely stong enough to find it’s way back and when you get there, it will all seem really simple to you and not the nightmare of a mess that it once was. If it’s your first time quitting for an extended period I would expect a really hard time getting over it mentally and the mental part can seem really physical to a person in fact. It can seem really defeating to try to live a “normal” life after that type of extreme living with the memories of those incredible “highs” living in your mind. It’ll get much easier. A month is definitely not enough time to fully recover. In another month you’ll probably be back on a normal schedule and in the next couple of months after that you’ll be feeling much like your old self agian. It does take time though but keep at it and it will come, no doubt about it, no matter how it seems now. After you get yourself back in action and where you should be in your mind it’ll be as easy as it once was for you back in the day. It’s just a matter of getting out of the woods. Life can be much better without meth too. I’m not just trying to blow sunshine up your skit either.
