A: If nutmeg really got you high don’t you think more people would be smoking it? Really whoever told you that……..you should have listened to your gut. Ok so enough of the lecture.You probably just really irritated your throat from inhaling the nutmeg. The blood since it was only in the phlem once is probably from coughing it up. Drink something warm to soothe your throat and if anything weird happens after a few days maybe you should see a Dr. most likely it will go away and just chalk it up to a lesson learned.
