A: I’ve been screamed at, beaten, and tortured by people on drugs-all drunk. More crimes are commited in America by people who are drunk than are “on drugs” every day. The “war on drugs” policy was made by people holding a cocktail in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Either make alcohol illegal or make all drugs legal.
