A: The difference is nicotine and tar level. regular cigs contain more than ≥ 0.8mg nicotine and ≥ 10mg tar. Lights contain 0.4 – 0.6mg nicotine and 4 – 6mg tar. that doesn't mean the lights cigarettes are healthier. usually people smoke more lights cigarettes per day than when they smoke regular full flavor cigs. i prefer lights just because they taste smoother.
