However, I have discovered that alcohol will almost definitely have a significant negative impact on your muscle-building results because:1) It negatively affects protein synthesis.2) It lowers testosterone levels and increases estrogen.3) It causes dehydration.4) It depletes the body of vitamins and minerals.5) It increases fat storage.i have concluded that i can drink more water, take vitamins, and im not concerned with the fat part. i am therefor concerned with # 1 and 2.Any suggestions as to maintain muscle growth without quiting drinking.*I only drink about 30 beers a week
A: i guess one of the main problems with alcohol is that rather than drinking the little and often people go out binge drinking. Perhaps try cutting down a little bit on beer but as long as you are not drinking them all in one night but instead over the whole week it won’t be such a problem!! One other thing is that beer is a lot worse for this than some other alcohol… i know your highly unlikely to switch to this lol but a couple of glasses of red wine a night can actually be beneficial to your health!

A: It’s aspects of this culture, the good is bad and the bad is good in mans eyes. People know that these are bad, but once you’re of the mindset that is promoted in this world as being “good” and “normal” and you begin to put these things within your system, you become attached to them, conditioned to them on a cellular level (chemically). It’s the conditioning factor which makes man continue to use these things in frequent, their is no will in one without self consciousness; they are not conscious and being mechanical it becomes a continuous use. They use it because at this point they can’t stop.
