A: I smoke hookah. I think that it is about the same as smoking cigarettes except it tastes better. It doesn’t feel the same to smoke it (almost as if you’re not smoking at all) so people don’t realize that it can cause health problems. The water that is used basically helps filter and cool the hookah so it will go down smoother. You can also smoke hookah that is tobacco free. They have tobacco free flavors at our hookah lounge… but why smoke hookah without tobacco? It’s just not the same.It has been proven that a 45 minute session of smoking hookah produces less tar and carbon monoxide than smoking one cigar. Amazing huh?Hookah still has tar , carbon monoxide , nicotine , and all of that stuff in it, but not as much as a cigarette. It is still detrimental to a person’s health and everyone should be aware of that.

A: It is just as bad for you physically (as far as damage to the lungs, etc). The difference is that it is not physically addictive as cigarettes are.
