A: im not sure ashley knows what they are talking about. smoke is smoke. all smoke contains carbon monoxide which is harmful to health and can cause cancer. shisha (hookah tobacco) doesnt contain as many additives as cigarettes. so it can be considered “better” in that respect. but it still does contain a small amount of nicotine and tar as well. it tastes better than cigs cause its flavored and water cooled. but at the same time, with a hookah you inhale much more smoke, volume-wise. so which is worse? I really dont know, but they are both bad for you, i promise. however, that is no reason to stop smoking it. i love the stuff and cant get enough. i just thought id give you more information so that you can make your own educated decision. 🙂
