A: ok here is the deal. you got several options. you can drink water and not smoke and it will take you about 30 days to clear out. you can speed it up with exercise drinking water (as much as you can handle) drink cranberry juice or red bull or something that has Niacin in it (even just Niacin pills) that should take about 10-14 days. remember to take daily vitamins while drinking the water to keep your piss yellow otherwise the test wont work.
