What does someone cooking the drug Meth smell like cause my neighbors cook something stank every other day?

Q: They are Ghana Africans, I live in a condo, never smelled anyones cooking threw the wall before, but it is SOOO putrid. Smells like rotten onions, garlic,rotten cabbage (like Asian Kimche) and some stankin’ animal that most of us don’t eat. It burns my nose. What could it be? Please, any Africans no offense, or anyone, but what it this dish? Can someone please explain why there is such a dramatic difference with the Federal drug law reguarding?

Q: jail time sentences having to do with cocaine. Why is it that 5 grams of so called Crack-Cocaine carries the same amount of jail time as equal to 500 Grams of powder Cocaine. That is a huge difference in amounts when the only really difference in the two drugs is that the Crack has baking soda added to it in the cooking process. Seems to me the only reason this law is the way it is, is because black people are usually the ones selling the crack cocaine and carring quanties on them at times. and the rich white people are the ones doing the powder cocaine. Just another one sided law in this joke of a legal system we have. As long as u are rich,powerful, or famous u can get away with anything. And this has been proved time and time again. While all the poor people sit and rott in jail. And dont even start on the drug war what a joke. People in this country love drugs whether legal or illlegal. U know how many violent offenders are let out of jail early to make room for drugoffenders

I’m sure rich people get busted with crack too, they just don’t do any time. It costs a lot of money to run for office. Even at the local level. Most poor people don’t have the resources or the time (since they all work 60 hour weeks) to run for office or to complain to their political representation.Politicians are going to protect their own. A: Hmmmm, if you “really” think some thing isn’t right call the police dept.Make them promise to not identify you, This is really important for your well being if there is something going on.Can you maybe check out their garbage for any signs?”There” is NO reason for her to be bringing in drugs from the pharmacy what so ever!
