A: How big was each xanax she took?I don’t think that amount should kill her, and it is completely understandable that she would be extremely groggy and less responsive.If she did get damage from it, and if she survived I would expect the damage would be in her ability to transmit seratonin signals in her nerons. This would cause her to basically be much worse than what caused her (or whoever was prescribed the xanax) to have the meds. Also this would recover somewhat with time, especially in a child.
