Why do I have this weird taste in my mouth?
Q: For about 2 or 3 months now Ive randomly gotten a very weird taste in my mouth, at first I thought it was something in the air.. it was like a bitter metal taste.. its hard to explain.. but Ive been getting small bubbles on my bottom gum and when i push on the gum with my finger and rub it i can taste it a lot worse, i spit and try to clear the horrible taste and it eventually goes away.. it randomly comes back or if im eating.. or rub on the bottom gum. I don’t want to have to get blood work done at a hospital to get checked for what ever it is.. i googled and found some things but rathered asked here. Any ideas??Thanks in advance ! 🙂
A: Sounds like an abscess….it has created a pathway…so you don’t have a tooth ache…but the ‘taste’ is the symptom…Get to your dentist.
