- Q: I have been on the pill since I was about 17 years old. I started taking it because I have endometriosis. Around October / November of last year I changed pills because I was having a lot of break through bleeding for no reason. - A: If you had otherwise unprotected sex (no condom) then there is always a chance of getting pregnant. Give your doctor a call and see what he/she suggests. It could be a symptom of the endometriosis and requires further treatment. Good luck.
