Q: I am trying to lose weight and am working hard on it. I walk my dogs for an hour every morning, then walk 30 mins to work, walk back home in the evening, then walk the dogs for another 45 mins/1 hour, do some skipping and situps. Its not working!!I used to work full time with horses and now I am working in an office and find that I just can’t lose weight.
