A: First of all there is no easy way to loose weight. Second of all I would alternate the the running and swimming with some toning type exercises in between. When saying less calories that may be your problem. If you eat too little your body may think you are starving and hold on to every pound you have left to loose. Don’t look at you weight by the scale but how you feel and how you look and less about the numbers. That is where the toning comes in. Your body type, weather or not you are male or female along with bone structure and height determines what you should weigh. I would consult your Dr. You might be just perfect for your body all ready. But as far as what you eat I would suggest to eat more of the right foods. You need protein but where you get it would be the key. Bean as much better than say a cheese burger of course. I would also say when ever you can eat fresh fruits and veg. Consider un-cooked or at least boiled or blanched veg. I was told once to only shop the outer edges of the grocery store. Never going in the middle. And that is true. If you want to be fit and keep it off it must be a life style change and not just a diet. Each time you loose and gain it back you will find it harder and each time you will gain more.
