What is the difference between vitamin B6 and vitamin B12?
Q: I’m taking B12 right now along with folic acid
A: Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and vitamin b12 (cobalamin) are both a part of the B complex of vitamins ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid etc…. the B complex of vitamins work best synergistically (together) ……. B6, calcium and vitamin D are essential for the effective assimilation of B12 …. they are all needed for the effective assimilation of iron……… a deficiency in vitamin B6 will produce iron deficiency anemia symptoms, excessive feelings of being cold, nasty headaches, dizzy spells, fatigue and exhaustion, paleness of skin ….. it will also produce excessive urination and dry mouth so bad that no amount of water will resolve it, excessive sweating, tingling and prickling and numbing sensations in the outer extremities, night cramps and muscle spasms…… B6 is also necessary for the production of hydrochloric acid and magnesium (the antistress mineral) …….. and, in combination with folic acid, it can help break down the amino acid homocysteine, lowering the risk of heart disease significantly ……… vitamin B12 forms and regenerate red blood cells thus preventing anemia, helps break down the amino acid homocysteine, lowering the risk of heart disease, increases energy, helps to properly utilize fats, carbohydrates and proteins, improves concentration, memory and balance and helps protect against smoking induced cancer.Take a multi B complex supplement that contains all the B vitamins ie B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid etc… they are a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them… therefore we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer the stress related side affects…… they will support a healthy neural, immune and digestive system ……. and will also also bolster your system and help you to better deal with the every day stress we are all exposed to at some level or another.peace baby♥
What is the difference between Vitamin B12 and B Complex?
Q: What is the difference between Vitamin B12 & B complex? Do I need both?? I’m looking at the bottle of my B Complex and it doesn’t list B12 but it lists B6. Should I take both a vitamin b12 and b complex every day? I’m a vegetarian woman and heard that Vitamin b12 is good to prevent anemia. I also take iron supplements.
A: yes you can take both but watch the b12 intake and take as directed..b12 if you take to much becomes a poison in the body due to the body cant release it in urine like most vitamin supplements
