A: This guy is a snake oil salesman and a convicted (credit card) fraudster. The only real cure he mentions is Apples Cider Vinegar which is available in any health food store. This entire book is absolute nonsense referring to exotic cures for everything from ingrown toenails..to cancer…Good luck

A: I am reading it right now. His answer involves resetting your metabolism with a hormone called HCG. It is an INVOLVED process and doesn’t work overnight. If you type it into google it will bring up all kinds of websites informing your about it. I truly think the only way you can achieve losing weight is to take in less calories and burn more. Really focus on eating healthy fruits and veggies everyday and try not to eat meats/breads/snacks/sodas….drink TONS of water…a good policy for water drinking is to take your weight, divide it in half and drink that many ounces (for example if you weight 180 lbs, drink 90 ounces of water a day). I try to drink two big glass of water after eating a meal..about an hour or 2 after…this helps keep you feeling full. Another thing you can work on is cleansing your colon…I recomment TURKEY RHUBARB…you can order it in pill form…it is a natural laxative that helps clear out toxins in your colon. If you take 2 in the morning, 6 hours later you will have a powerful bowel movement…again you need to drinks LOTS of water. Another thing I do is drink YERBA MATE tea. This is a natural appetite supressant and also a mood lifter. Replace your coffee with the tea…it works best on an empty stomach so try drinking it first thing in the morning. It is an aquired taste….south americans drink it all day long. I order mine online from Mountainherbs.com in 1 lb packages. I put about 1/4 cup in a larger coffee cup with hot water and drink it through a tea straw….sounds funny but the benefits are amazing. Do some research on it.
