But it feels SO good doesn’t it??to answer your question… time to start with walking. walking builds stamina and tones the butt and legs. then grab the soup cans, one for each hand and start toning your upper body… just do anything with your arms, with the soup cans in your hands… bend your arms up, down, side to side.. over your shoulder, just anything. also, lie flat in bed, no pillows…and just lift your shoulders off the sheets, don’t bend your neck,,, that slight lift will do wonders for toning the tummy.finally, tighten all your muscles groups, as a group, and holdddd for a bit, release, repeat as often as you can. weight loss, then toning is so easy. simple moves, using things around the house..and doing toning lying in bed. doesn’t get any better than that, does it?? ๐Ÿ™‚ i hope this helped! good luck!! ๐Ÿ™‚
