A: First of all, There is no “I wanna loose fat here or there”.Fat loss is a ‘global’ process to the whole body (so to speak). That means that you won’t be able to loose fat in specific areas, but in the whole body as a long adaptation process to dieting and exercising. Running is the best you can do. Swimming is also very good, but in my opinion is for people that are too lazy to run hard. Do it at least 5 times a week, 30min per session minimum, preferably in the morning. And make adjustments to your diet (drop fried stuff, eat more salads and fish and never have big meals at dinner) etc etc….

Best exercise for fat loss?
Q: i have started running 3 times a week for about 2.5 miles since i gave up smoking but i have not lost any weight. i’m not obese but a touch over weight. i was hoping someone could give me some advise of how to adapt my training to herlp the pounds fall off. especially from my man boobs and love handles! That is what happens when you give up smoking, you become healthier but heavier!!
A: you have to work the muscles, can’t just do cardio. Do weight training/resistance training, join a fitness center type place, get a muscle building book/guide and you’ll lose the weight. Do NOT just do sit-ups as sit-ups will not cut the fat like working the entire body will.
