A: Im right there with you girl and in one week i lost 8 pounds. without exercise. I put myself on a 700 cal a day diet. It can be very dangerous and if you start feeling weird eat a banana or some other low cal fruit. Stay away from crabs like bread ( big no no ). In the fist week you loss the most. If you feel like your not losing as much as you want in the second, start doing exercises. I myself walk after dinner which is the best time to do it. you can also drink a full glass of water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar ( helps store less fat ). If you plan on staying on this diet for more then three weeks, look up a cali counter. Best thing ever made. You put in your age, weight, how much you exercise a day if any, how much you want to way and in what time period you want to get to that weight. It will tell you how many cal to eat each day.Just make sure you take vitamins. If your not eating what you used to, you losing all the vids your body needs to faction.
