Why do I have dizziness’s so often whenever I go from stationnary to moving?

Q: I heard a little thing about this once, that when you’re lying down on the bed and suddenly get up your heart does not adjust in time and you get dizzy…This happens to me, but even if I’m sitting down, like in class or at home, even after working out.Ok, I do take some Weight loss pills when I work out, but not that much, I don’t think this is the problem, because I have been taking different kinds for 2 years. It might be hormones or something like that (I’m 16, btw), my body always pulls different tricks on me. Like all of a sudden pimples all over my face in one night and I’ve never had pimples before, hair on my nipples even if I’m not hairy at all. It could also be pot. But I smoke once every 2 months, honest, and I haven’t smoked since June this year before last week. This symptom has been happenning since a month or so, and it’s pissing me off, cause for like 15 seconds, I feel like I’m totally drunk, even while typing down this it makes me a little dizzy…It’s hard to concentrate in class with my head spinning around so much.What’s the problem and what’s the solution?P.S. I can’t go to the doctor for 2 reasons, blood sample, weed in it, lasts 3 months, mom would be disappointed and I don’t want that to happen, she thinks I’m such a good boy. 2. I don’t have a Health Insurance anymore, Expired last month .

A: i used to get that alot, i know what your talking about…its probably because your blood sugar is low( which can make you feel dizzy or even cause you to black out and faint if its really low)…make sure to eat a bit more and the feeling should go away
