why i feel lihgthead and weird??
Q: ok heres what happen i was going to the gym and takin creatin to build up my muscles faster… and i gues i wasnt eating right every mornig and then one day i played soccer like around 12 pm it was like 98 F really hot and i sweated alot when playin and after that i didnt had nothin to drink and then went home and 2 days later my nose started to bleed (i had never had a nose bleed) and then it happen lighthead its been too months now.. why can i do so i can make it go away..doc to me stress bull my a$$.. i think the sun mest my head up its theres anyway that i can fix it..
A: If you are still taking the creatine, stop. It might be messing with your system.Make sure you are taking at least 8 full glasses of water. Even more while you are working out, and a lot more if you are working out in the sun. 98 is really hot, and unless you are staying fully hydrated, drinking fluids about every 15 minutes, you will get severely dehydrated, which would explain the nose bleeds.If its really hot and dry in your area, and you are not getting enough fluids, that would explain the nose bleeds.Stabilize your diet with lots of fresh fruit and veggies, some red meat and lots of water. You might have an iron deficiency, which is causing the lightheaded feeling. Dehydration can also cause that. Fruits and veggies will have the vitamins your body needs to help process all this.If your body doesn’t stabilize within a week, you should see the doc.Sometimes its just a matter of undoing all your changes and getting back to the basics.

Q: hi i recently started working out again i worked out for 3 years and was getting into body building when i decided work was more inportant and quit in that time the only supplement i used was regular creatin and never had a problemnot i just started working out again and a friend suggested muscle techs gakic, luekic , and creakic ever since i started taking the 3 in the middle of my work out i feel like im getting hot but cant sweat i drink cold water and put a fan on me and it makes me feel a lil better but even still i feel really really sick so i drive home and lay down and it goes away now ive never puked but i feel like S**T does anyone know why this maybe be i know the gakic supposedly is supposed to be a serious supplement but i wanna know if this is common or is it the luekic of creikic PLS!!!!!!! only answer if you have a general idea as to what it could be or if the same thing has happened to you i don’t need people 2 cents about what it possibly might be only if you actually think you know thx
A: what it is is your are giving your body too much at one time. and with some of these body building supplements there are side effects. so you need to be a little careful. and depending on how serious you are with gaining muscle you should do something else. like i have been using just this powder stuff that you mix with milk or water and you drink it before your work out and after your work out with good amount of water inbetween. and it works very well with the building of muscle. and along with the 100%whey protien i use the creatine 95%pills. and thoes are a good extra supplement without many side effects and it is achually good for your heart, unless you abuse it like any other drug. hope this helps.and i have been weight lifting sence i was 12 and i am 18 now and i am about the size of a middle wieght professional boxer.
