- A: Bread and dairy are not the best weight loss helpers. Better yet why not try some skim milk with a bran cereal ,giving you a good amount of fiber to start your day. As for the dinner that is a great idea ,I often do it myself. Start exercising though ,its the key to a fair amount of weight loss not to mention what it will do for you as a person. If you do what your doing and exercise you will loose weight ,If you incorporate the fiber you will loose even more faster than you thought along with the exercise.
