Q: I drink a lot of Diet Pepsi every day. At least 3 – 4 cans. I know it may be linked to cancer, but I was wondering if it could be preventing me from loosing weight, or deteriorating muscle tone, etc.I can’t seem to loose any weight although I eat healthy and excercise a few times a week.
