- Coke zero I BELIEVE has an ingredient in it, like Diet Coke, that actually causes you to crave sugar, which is why people who drink them see little results for weight loss. You’re not the only one with this problem. Good Luck!

- A: There’s a big debate lately whether anything with artificial sweeters is bad or good. Looks like there could be health concerns involving equal, nutrasweet, and splenda, but then again, there are health concerns in eating too much sugar too. I happen to love Coke 0, and I think my chances of dying from artificial sweeteners found in it are pretty slim. Coke 0 is also pretty high in caffeine, more than original Coke. I don’t know about you, but I’m still going to enjoy my can-a-day habit. And the fact that the shelves always seem to be empty of it shows I’m probably not the only one.
