A: First of all, that is overdoing it.Second, you’re fine at the weight you are.I don’t recommend eating that little because it will slower your metabolism.And, you should lower your intake on Green tea.It depends on your body, how fast do you lose weight.Some can lose it in a month, some in two months, it all depends on your body.

Q: Sorry for being longwinded but I have to fully explain what going on to get an answer.Now I’m not new to working out and exercise I have been trying to lose weight for about 6 years now and all I seem able to do is to hold my current weight and when I give up I put on another 20lbs or so.I weight 240 lbs and I have been on an intense workout regiment for the last 3 weeks. I have been working out for months but just started this regiment 3 weeks ago.I go to the gym and train on the elliptical for 1 hour 5 to 7 times a week. I have done no less than 5 times a week. The elliptical allow me to put in my weight and age. So even though I know it’s not 100% accurate about how many calories I burn but I know it’s somewhat close. I after 1 hour and a pretty high resistance I burn 1,000+ calories every time I step foot on the machine. I also wear a heart rate monitor with chest strap and I’m careful not to train too hard or too little I keep my heart rate around 160 to 170 rpm for the full hour. I do other things in the gym as well. I’m trying to rehab shin splints that popped up when I tried to run while being too fat. Had physical therapy for weeks nothing is working, but that another story. I also have a job where I’m up and about around 90% of the day. I where a pedometer and I usually clock 10,000-12,000 steps before I leave work and if I wear it to the gym I clock 20,000+ steps for the day. My workouts are so intense I lose about 1.2 to 1.5 pounds of sweat during the workout. I weigh before and after on a very accurate scale.I’m eating about 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day.An average day: 7:00am breakfast trail mix- nuts, granola, dried cranberries and raisins. 9:00am light yogurt-70 calories11:30am turkey sandwich whole wheat no mayo and fruit4:00pm- granola bar and fruit6:00pm chicken breast and veggies (never any carbs for dinner)I drink about a gallon a water a day.From what I understand my basil metabolic rate(calories burned while being alive for 24 hours) is about 10 for calories for every pound I weigh. Q: Hi im kelsey and i am trying to lose weight fast, im not fat or anything i just want to slim down a little, just so u know i am roughly 5’1 and weigh 103. i would like to get down to 95. yes i am a teeneager. u can tell me all you want that i am at a healthy weight or w/e but i dont care, i want to thin out my arms and thighs even though my stomach is pretty sexy :). i still really really hate my arms and thighs. anyway i have a weird metabloism. i can loose a pound a day very eaily by eating 800 caloires spread out throught the entire day with drinking 8-10 glasses of water, it works and i hae been doing this for a long time its just last year i got very very skinny (im talking 80 pounds skinny) and i wasnt anerexic or anything i just took it to far and didnt realize how skinny i was getting untill i tried on my old clothes one day and saw they were sliding off me and i couldnt wear any of my pants because they woukldnt stay up. so i gained 30 in about a year on perpose in a healthy way since all my friends and fasmily had kept saying i was to skinny which i was. but now i dont like my body as much and i want to slim down to 95, (which is still a healthy weight). i have been researching this 3 day diet and stuff cuz i want to loose weight fast for my grad next week end . i would just do my pound a day method but i dont have that much time. so when i reaserched it like 80% of the people sad u gain it all back which i dont think is true since my pound a day diet worked and satyed off for a long time untill i perposly tried to put weight on because of my skinny cnditoon. anyway, i think people gain it back because they eat the wrong things when the diet is over because they feel free to eat what they want and have treats now and then and dont realize they are putting it back on. plus once the diet is over most people dont realize u should work your way up to ur normal eating habits, for example: say u were eating only fruits vgies and grqins and only 1000 calories a day. now when the diet is over try still having 1000 caloires but with only 500 of frutis vegies and grains and the other 500 with meats and aybe a little treat like a coomie or something, then the next day try to eat a little mre veggies and etcetc, untill u get to ur normal daily colarie intake. not to metion i own a puppy making me chase her around the house plus take her for walks. so i dont nedd to work out to be active i can have fun and move when i want to to be active and still losse weight. so my point is i want to know from someobody that has tried this diet (the 3 day diet) or knows someone who has to tell me what happende with them, like ow much weight they lost ect. and tell me if they ganed it back or not. and if they did gain it back please tell an example of what they ate and how much excersize tey did so i can determan if i can do this diet and if it did work for u please also tell me how active u were and what u ate when it was over. sorry about the long lonnnnnnnng story but i needed to write all that to give u a description of what i am going through and how my body works. anyway all answers will be aprecalted, pleasde i really need ur help. please?
A: umm i wont go into that much detail…eat 1300 calories and wouk out you upper body (no you wont get huge because girls lack testosterone) if you you keep eating the way that you are body will use up muscle as a source of energy rather than the fat around your arms, and you need that muscle to burn use the fat as energy.
