A: you are fine, 130 pounds is not that bad. but if you rlly want to lose weight, do it the traditional way: eating healthy and excercising. to eat healthy, look up recipes, and have fun with it! try out new and exciting fruits and veggies and stuff. remember, the more color, the healthier. also, you should excercise. maybe go to a gym and lift weights, do the treadmill or something. or, you can always jog around you’re neighborhood. you can also have fun with excercising, find a friend to excercise with you. a good friend always makes things more fun. hope i helped, and good luck!!
