Q: I used to be in great shape but lately I haven’t tried my hardest to keep my fitness up. I had a habit of eating fast food more than 7 times a week because it was convenient and cheap. I also gave up exercise. I’ve given fast food up now, except for one cheat day a week (and even then I don’t order mayonnaise on anything and get diet pop).
