A: A guy asked a question similar to this the other day. I told him that horse riding is exercise, yes, but its not the best sport for weight loss. Its good for making muscle definition, and toning, but not really fat burning. I supplement my riding with running and biking. Running sounds awful, and it felt like hell when I first started running a long time ago, but now its almost an addiction. Once you start going its hard to stop, because it makes you feel so good. When you aren’t used to running you should start out walking. Then after a week or two, move up to a brisk walk. Then start jogging in short intervals throughout your walking. Slowly increase the intervals of jogging, and soon you will be jogging the whole time. Although when running, it is important to have a proper cool down and warm up. And I always stretch before and after a run, because otherwise you can end up stiff and sore. If I were you, I might look into running AND riding, its very beneficial.

A: Most people notice weight loss in their breasts first because an ill-fitting bra is very noticeable. A t-shirt may drop a touch more without much notice if you lose a few inches, but losing a few inches off the chest makes a bra not fit well at all. There’s nothing you can do, but rest assured that most people keep their proportions even though they don’t keep their size. So if you’re large breasted for your current weight, you’ll still be large breasted when you weigh less – although your boobs will be smaller they will be big on your frame.
