Q: i have no time to work out anymore. because i work all day and when i get home i eat and go to sleep. im just lazy. im not fat or anything i just got this pouch and two people thought i was pregnant. ahahah it was funny. But at the same time i was like….damn it must look that bad. I try to suck it up!!!It’s really embarassing ! =(I used to do gymnasticks and be fit but that was all 5 years ago. All i did was jump all around the place hahaha i dint really do any extreme extreme work outs but I stayed fit and toned with a nice 4 pack. And now im like blaaah. help!
A: If you have a fat stomach, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises like walking,rowing and swimming. Losing fat around the stomach takes time.
