Now with the whole thing, they give you stuff to cover up with like a paper sheet that you lay over your bottom half and something to cover up your top half if it's the complete physical. You lay back and put your feet in stirrups and the doctor will bring a light next to them while they are eye level with your vagina. They will then stick a speculum inside you and open up your cervix and start taking swabs. It's not really painful, but it is uncomfortable. You might also get a finger up the butt. That's the only way they can check for warts if there aren't any present.
