It is being rumored that he found out that his cancer had returned, and it is expected to be terminal. This means Piper may not be living much longer.In November of 2006, Piper was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma after doctors found a cancerous tumor on a disk in his spine.He was with the WWE at the time he found out, and the hardest part about it was that he was currently touring Europe with them. So, he had to leave their tour and return to North America to undergo surgery. Afterward, he went through a lot of radiation treatment while spending time in the hospital.He eventually beat the cancer, as it disappeared after all of his fighting. But, now with the return, it seems to have come back stronger than ever.Historically, Hodgkin’s Lymphoma has a low percentage of being beaten, especially by men in their 50s. But, it has an even lower percentage in people whose cancer returned.
