Q: I have a friend who’s sufferring from many different symptoms, and we’re trying to figure out what’s wrong with her. Don’t worry, she is NOT IN NEED OF EMERGENCY ATTENTION. We have scheduled an appointment for her to meet with a doctor in about a week, but until then, we would like to get a few first opinions. However, she’s not a very healthy individual in the first place. First let me give you all a little bit of background information about her.She is 17, 5’2″, and weighs 94 lbs. She has been mildly annorexic for about 4 years, and just recently this has escalated to severe. Since the age of 14 she has been an insomniac, averaging 3 hours of sleep per night. She was recently diagnosed with a thyroid problem, but she has yet to take more tests and find out exactly what kind of thyroid disorder it is. She has been under a great, great deal of emotional stress in the past three years, which has led to a state of near-constant depression. She’s been smoking cigarettes for three years, and about 2 1/2 weeks ago, she overdosed by taking 750mg of Vyvanse* in three days.* Vyvanse is a stimulant, like Adderall, used to treat ADD and ADHD symptoms. The active ingredient in it is related to amphetamine, and creates a euphoric “speeder” effect. The maximum daily dosage for an adult is 70mg.Now, here’s a list of the different symptoms she’s been recently complaining of. If anybody notices that one of her previous ailments could be the cause of one or more of the symptoms, please acknowledge it in your answer. Also, if any or all of the symptoms together are symptoms of another sickness, please tell what that might be, and some information about it.1. Abdominal pains. (Shooting, sharp, stabbing pains in her stomache, intestines, and appendix).2. Back pains. (Muscle aches in her middle back.)3. Enflamed tonsils. (Tonsils and tongue have white spots on them. Unusual taste in mouth.)4. Constipation, lasting two weeks.5. Very strange stool. (Small, skinny, foul smelling.)6. Receding, thinning hair. (Hair loss is happening quite rapidly.)7. Q: Please people bare with me, i’m not crazy.When I was young, around 4 or 5 I saw ‘something’ it had a humanoid build but with the appearance of an ‘ape’ long brown and blackish hair covering it, face was covered by hair but could make out deep black eyes and black lipped mouth, very tall too. I was playing with my brother and dad in our kitchen and for some reason I became what I can only describe as paralyzed but standing up, I couldn’t move at all and it was like time had stopped for me but was still moving for my bro and dad who even though were facing that way couldn’t see it. This ‘thing’ came out of the bathroom door and walked with a slow long gate half way though the kitchen then stopped, turned at a 90 degree angle and starred at me for a few minutes. Behind ‘it’ on the wall was a picture of Jesus knocking on heavens door. Now for some reason one of my fingers was released from whatever paralyzed state I was in and flinched toward the picture.The ‘thing’ acknowledged the gesture and turned toward the picture and put it’s hands over it’s face as if it was mortally afraid of it and turned into a black like smoke(vapor) and disappeared through the wall.So years go on and this thing randomly appears in nightmares involving tragic things happening to me or the ones I love, it never speaks nor does it ever get violent; it simply puts off this ‘vibe’ of pure dread and a freezing chill in these sequences and spectates as the events happen, for example in one nightmare i’m in a car wreck with my family and we’re pinned upside down and can’t get out and this thing appears outside the wreck and just observes. Even when the thought of it comes into my head I get freezing cold and tense.In my dads house where he still lives(i don’t anymore) my family would always fight and it seemed like the house was always gloomy, but when we’d leave things were fine. After alot of fighting my mom left and took me and my brother when we moved there was a feeling of positivity but yet this ‘thing’ kept haunting me in my nightmares and when in certain places alone where I guess you can say you’d expect it to single you out I would get the feeling as if was there but it wasn’t; but it was present mentally building the thought up that it would appear to me.Now, growing up i’ve had a temper problem where i’d lose it and get violent towards people for the most trivial things but it was like something external was driving it, something powerful. A: Okay I don’t know about calling the cops or turning him into the psyches but I think you just need to be there for your friend. If he says he isn’t going to do it, then just be there just in case. His lyrics are a little scary but then again, I am a person who writes to express myself (not like a diary but like metaphorically) and sometimes the things I write are pretty scary too. But I never actually mean it. I mean sure I do at the time but as I calm down it’s all just words of my past. Just be there when his ex comes over and if he tries anything, well you know what to do. Stop him, get her out of there. But that’s just in case.
