- Q: I have been chewing tobacco with my friends off and on for about 2 years. I never really was one to chew every day of my life. i would chew for like 3 weeks and then i would like wait a week or two and do it again. i usually brushed my teeth or rinsed my mouth directly after. The other day i noticed a bump in my upper right cheek. I went to the school nurse and she said she didn't know what is was. it has been two days and it now looks like a miniature version of a uvula (hangy ball in back of mouth) and it has a "white-head" on the end, so to speak. And i am getting quite worried about it. I only have pain if i touch it or move it around with my tongue (it is almost like a flap of skin) and it has yet to bleed.i also have been known to get canker sores and cold sored multiple times a year. But it doesn't look or feel like anything like that.i have felt a little sick the past week with a sore throat and like.. sinus pressure. and sort of like a feeling where i have to hack a lot of lugies.and it feels as if i might have something in the back of my throat but maybe it is just in my head.Dont say... go to the doctor now, cause i will in th next few days if it doesn't start to go away. And please dont give me info off of a website cause i have read tons of information on it. (i get paranoid easily)and no i'm not addicted to chew i have a non-addicted personality so clearly i am going to stop.extra info just incase:I am 16i weigh 175 lbsand i am 6 foot talli am very athletic
- A: I doubt it is cancer. Cancer is an unhealing, ulcerated sore that bleeds and only .5% occur in people under 20 years old.

- A: A paragraph needs a subj/topic sentence (I forget what this is called in English/Writing classes). So you need a sentence to tie all these other things together, so that they have a reason to be in the same paragraph. Is this the first paragraph in your paper? Then the sentence you need is a thesis statement.
