Q: If you were to have a missed miscarriage (or what is sometimes called a silent miscarriage) – where the baby dies but is not expelled out of your body (ie. there is no bleeding), hence you would only find out the baby has died when you go for the next ultrasound, would you still be feeling cramps days after the miscarriage?I am not sure if i have had a missed miscarriage or not (i think im a bit paranoid, i have not experienced any bleeding so far), but if you were to have one would you still be feeling cramps, and having gas, even though the baby is dead?

A: silent miscarriages are called silent because the baby leaves the body with next to no complications.i doubt you’ve had a miscarriage if there is no bleeding.a little cramping is normal in early pregnancy.you should call your doctor and discuss with them your concerns.

Q: My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant, I started ovulation April 20th. My “period” was actually early-ish. I started bleeding Sunday when my period isn’t due until the 15th.Im bleeding very, very lightly, and it’s a pinkish red. But last night i woke up with the worst cramps down where my uterus would be. They only lasted about a minute and would come back every few hours, it wasn’t like a period cramp these were stronger. A: my implantation bleeding lasted 3-4 days very very little spotting when i wiped. during mostly all pregnancy you have cramping because your uterus is stretching but yeah you get cramps during implantation bleeding as well..

i just had a miscarriage but…?

Q: Ok so i was told on may 24 that i they could not find a heartbeat. I was bleeding alot and then i passed the baby on my own may 27. I bleed for a few more days and i guess you could say i stopped bleeding on june 1. May 31 i was still spotting a little bit but not alot. So we are going to try and get pregnant right away again (dont hate please we spoke with the doctor and he said since i was only 7 weeks and passed everything on my own we could try now again) I took the ovulation predictor test yesterday and it said i was ovulating. I took one again today to make sure it wasnt lying and it said i wasnt ovulating. We did have sex. So i got a few questions if you guys cant answer i will call the obgyn tomorrow and talk to them again. I want to know i have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms again. I havent had any in about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks and now they are back. Im having the bad headaches, i feel sick in the mornings again, im really tired all the time, my breast hurt, and im always hot again. I think i have ovulated 2 times i know that sounds weird but i had ovulation symptoms (yes i know what they are) right at the end of my miscarriage but the test said i ovulated yesterday. Could it be that im pregnant again and my levels are rising from where they were from the miscarriage (since that havent fully dropped) I know they say it takes 2 weeks to get pregnant but i conceived on april 4 and had a period march 25. my periods are only 19 days apart. so its possible i could be pregnant again. and on friday and saterday i had the same cramping that i had before when the baby implanted.So my questions are could i have been pregnant with twins and i only lost one (given the symptoms im having again) or could i be pregnant again?Is it true that when you have a miscarriage or have a baby that you are the most fertile?Please dont tell me to take a test cause since i just had a miscarriage i would still pop a positivethanks for your help anyways i will be calling the obgyn tomorrow to see whats going on thats why i cant tell if i am pregnant again or if my body is confused

A: im very sorry for ur loss. i had a miscarriage my self last year on nov.15. and i was soo sad. um u maybe be pregnant again. and yes its very true after a miscarriage, if u have sex ur very likly to concieve right away. the only thing is that i have heard that if u get pregnant tooo fast afterwards u can have another miscarriage. bcuz u didnt give enough time to have ur body heal. if u were pregnant with twins it should of showed up on the ultra sound. give it more time. ur body might be playing tricks on u. and making u feel pregnant. believe me i wanted to be pregnant so bad after my miscarriage. that i kept thinking i was pregnant again. well it turned out i wasnt and i was soo crushed. and it was soo wierd bcuz i had all the signs of being pregnant. but once i realized that i wasnt pregnant , all my symptoms went away! i hope u do get pregnant again with a beautiful healthy baby. goodluck and babydust sent ur way!
