when is a woman most likely to miscarry?
Q: like at how many weeks is the most dangerous for miscarriage or can it happen at any time?
A: The most dangerous time is during the first trimester (12 weeks). There isn’t a specific day during this time that is more dangerous than any other. Unless you are doing something that isn’t good for the baby, you can only maintain a safe and healthy lifestyle and hope it all works out for the best.
At what point do most miscarriages occur?
Q: I’m currently 5w4d with baby#2. I know miscarriages can happy anytime.I’m just wondering when MOST miscarriages occur, and if your HCG level would be lower than “normal” in blood work if you’re likely to miscarry? And do most miscarriages happen with first pregnancies (before carrying any babies to term)? Or are they just as likely to occur with subsequent pregnancies (after having children already)? I have a 15 month old daughter – she was my first and only pregnancy before this one.I’m just being paranoid I guess. I really want to tell my employer, even though it’s early… because they are awesome about maternity leave and I would like them to be prepared. They are also already suspicious (due to my doctors appts, drinking decaf, etc). But I’m scared of something happening after I tell them (they would be understanding even if it did). I don’t know, I’m not sure how long to wait. I won’t be able to hide it long either. I started showing at 10 weeks with my daughter (obviously pregnant by 14 weeks). Thanks everyone! :o)
A: Congratulations! I am 7 weeks today! Most miscarriages occur in the first trimester, but I don’t think there is specific time when they occur most during that period. Again, they could happen with the first baby, with your 3rd, or you could be one of the lucky ones that never have to experience one! It’s all about the egg & sperm and how healthy they are. I PRAISE GOD that I have never had to experience one and pray I never do! I had low hCG levels with my daughter and with this pregnancy as well, so you can’t really go by that unless the numbers start to decline or stall. As long as they rise and double as they should, regardless how low the start number is, then you’re fine. If you’re someone that doesn’t mind people knowing should something happen, then tell them your good news! To be honest, they’ll know something is up SHOULD something happen anyway. That is something one doesn’t get over soon and it’s bound to show on your face. Best of luck for a healthy & happy 9 months! Sticky babies to both of us! xo
whats weeks are the most chance of having miscarriages ?
Q: i no that they say the 1st trimester is the time when allot of miscarriages happen. but i just wanted to know when the most common time in the 1st trimester for it to happen. i know every 1 is different but just wanted to know whats weeks is it more likely to happen ??
A: A lot happen between 12-14 weeks, which is when the placenta takes over supporting the baby. It is the same time when most people, but not all, stop having morning sickness and similar symptoms. Danger points are also when you would have had a period if you were not pregnant.
