My new diet plan, what do you think?
Q: I’ve been a yo-yo dieter for a while now trying to shed quite a bit of weight! Now this one is pretty standard but im keeping to it very well at the moment so its working very well but i’m not loosing that much weight and I don’t understand why.For breakfast I have egg and bacon and maybe some sausages and some fried onion (onions are vegetables so they are good for you)At lunch I usually have a sandwich with ham and cheese and lettuce (another vegetable)I eat a whole tomato which is also a fruit like the others with some other salads. At dinner time I usually have a takeaway meal like Italian or Chinese or curry and make sure that I get the healthy options like plain rice. I would of used a vegetable like tomato but 90 percent of people in the world eat rice and they cant be wrong with all that rice eating rice.I don’t understand why I would not be losing weight and sorry for the big amounts of text but I’m a bit stuckThanksDavid.
A: Let go of the bacon!its very bad for you in fact you should be staying away from pork in general itsone of the most fattening meats. And depends on how the onions are cooked. And stay and from cheese and rice has so muchstarch in it its really unhealthy if your talking aboutwhite rice.Try to eat way more veggies and Fruits that is what’sreally going to help you shed that weight:].
