it doesn't mean anything it happens all the time but i suspect that happens when theres to much blood rushing to your head other then that guess i have no idea.

It could be nothing more than your pulse, but if you notice it more often after physical exertion, maybe you have hypertension or could be a fluid imbalance. Either way, check with your physician. Why ignore something that could be a pote...

A: There might be a lot of fluid in your middle ear, causing your pulse to register in your ears.
