A: you start to bleed ( brown usually) then you start to cramp more and more and more then bleed heavier. You will pass clots and have bad cramping. Some people will have this and not know thinking it is just period. It is much worse the further along you are. I had one at 6 weeks and it hurt quite a bit more than a period.
