Q: having miscarriages? One test, Sperm Chromatin Structure Assay (SCSA test) was recommended on this site before when someone else asked the question, but it is not really easy to do. (Only lab is in S.D. etc). Are there any other tests men can do to find out the possible cause of multiple miscarriages? I get pregnant very quickly but I miscarried twice at the early stage. Doctor says there is nothing to worry about and all the tests on me are fine (detail blood tests etc), I am not obsessed,, and being very super optimistic,, but just wanted to ask around if there are any tests men can do too.. p,s, He can always impregnate me right away, so his sperm count/motility etc should be fine,, but maybe something else might be checked?Thank you for reading!:)p.s. I just wanted to ass that the men’s sperm quality can be related to miscarriage.. I read it on science journal and also when I went to seminars etc, I was taught that men’s sperm health have 50-60% of contribution to miscarriage.. So it is almost 50/50 btw men and women.. Q: I am 6 1/2 weeks pregnant. Yesterday seemed to be the first day I was experiencing morning sickness. I wasn’t sick but felt like I needed to be. About 9 last night I laid on the couch and all of a sudden I had horrible pains in my upper abdomen. I could fell my muscles tightening it hurt so bad. It was very intense. My husband asked if I wanted to go to the ER but when I called my doctor he said if I was going to miscarry it was going to happen no matter what. That going to the ER wouldn’t help. The pain lasted about 10 minutes. I have an appointment tomorrow for an ultrasound but I am terrified. I have no bleeding so far. So I guess my question is does a miscarriage cause that amount of pain in my upper abdomen?? I assumed it would be my lower abdomen. ThanksNo spotting or bleeding of any kind. The pain was in between my rib cages and it was horrible. Enough to make me scream into a pillow for ten minutes. After that my body was so tired I fell asleep,

A: I had really bad pains when i was 5 weeks and had 2 scans but everything was fine, if you had spotting aswell they would be more concerned, im sure everything is ok, dont stress to much as that can cause miscarriage i wish you all the best and congrats on your baby x x
