Q: So please somebody answer me. I just had my first pregnancy (5wks) end in a miscarriage. I also have a subseptate uterus. The doctors said that 99% of the time when pregnancies end this early it is because of a chromosonal defect. So we definitly want to try again and we are going to wait the appropriate amount of time, but my question is I am scared about my uterus. What are the stats for that kind of uterus miscarrying. I believe the doctor said it was heart shaped so it wasnt to septate. Please help

A: God doesn’t make decisions such as this. Don’t let someone try and tell you that god doesn’t love you. But I’d definitely say to check it out medically more before you try again, wouldn’t be fair to the kid if you died in during child birth.

Q: Did any of you have early symptoms with one pregnancy and nothing with the next? My period is due this Saturday and I’ve had no pregnancy symptoms. The first time I was pregnant, I had exhaustion, nausea, frequent urination, major mood swings and sore boobs three to four days before my period was due. That pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 12 weeks. I keep thinking that if I was pregnant this cycle I would be having at least some symptoms by now, since that is what happened the last time I was pregnant. Any hope for me still since I am having no real symptoms? I don’t want to test until the weekend since I have wasted an extreme amount of money on early pregnancy tests the past few months.

A: With my first child I had no symptoms at all. I was so lucky. With my second child I had All the symptoms imaginable.

Q: I miscarried the first time on Feb. 25 and got pregnant again right after without having a period in between. Unfortunately, this pregnancy also ended in miscarriage. I started the miscarriage bleeding May 27 and bled for 8 days. On the 7th day, an ultrasound showed I had a small amount of “debris” left. I stopped bleeding the next day and did not bleed for 4 days. I then passed what I assume was the remaining “debris” (as they put it) and spotted for 7 more days. I did not bleed at all for 2 weeks after that and then started bleeding heavy on July 1. I bled until yesterday, July 6. I had no cramping or clotting. Was this my period? A: I would wait one more cycle to be sure.If you miscarried naturally without a d&c then you do not need to wait 3 cycles. You only need to wait 3 cycles after a d&c because it removes much more of your uterine lining, and it takes awhile for it to properly rejuvenate. A D&C is not a natural experience for your body, and your body doesnt realise the damage done, so it can ovulate too early. With a natural miscarriage waiting only one cycle will not increase your chance of miscarriage at all. With natural situations your body will not ovulate until it is ready to carry a child. Sounds to me like this was probably your period. But since the doctors aren’t even sure, wait one more cycle to be safe. I know how painful it is, I was just in the ER last night brutally miscarrying for the 4th time, and I also have a small amount of products of conception left in there. I know waiting is hard, but it is good to let your body heal, and to be positive that everything is alright before trying again.Edit – wow, down to 16 so quickly naturally!
