Q: First of all, my husband and I are trying to concieve and I should find out next week if we actually concieved or not! I do drink strong coffee each morning and sip on one can of coke all day long. I have looked on various web sites that say small amounts of caffeine are ok. But…the other day my mother in law panicked and said all caffeine can cause miscarriage. So I actually have 2 questions:1. Am I drinking too much caffeine?2. I certainly do (and I drink soda) and I’ve made it to 24 weeks without a problem!

A: What plenty of people do doesn’t make it right. Docs have said its not the best to take TOO MUCH of it during pregnancy, however there’s no way to measure how much is safe or unsafe for each individual.
