Q: Has anyone heard of this happeneing? How ‘strongly’ does the embryo implant into the side of the uterus?

Might be 4 weeks pregnant?
Q: I ride horse almost everyday. Mostly trail ridding. I might be 4 weeks pregnant. What should I do about my horses? I would like to continue ridding as my horses need to be kept busy and it also relaxes me BUT I’m afraid that if I truly am 4 weeks that the motion of my pelvic moving might cause a miscarriage? ADVISE PLEASE!!
A: Talk to your doctor about it, because the factors in your life might be different than mine. My doctor was fine with me riding, which I have done since I was 6 years old. He said it’s something he’d discourage people from learning while pregnant, but that if it was something I was used to and good at, then it was fine. He said that the baby is pretty protected in there by my pelvis bones, muscles and fluid. He told me to quit riding when I felt uncomfortable or unbalanced. I rode through my 7th month, when my hips started hurting and my belly started touching the front of the saddle. My baby turned out just fine.
I’m 16, I miscarried and now I just feel really depressed. ?
Q: I turned sixteen about 3 months ago now. I live with my Dad because my Mum has severe depression and it just became really hard for me to visit her. I’ve had mild depression since my parents broke up about 5 years ago. From when I was about 15 and a half I started to go out drinking, smoking pot, hooking up with guys and so on. It just felt nice to be liked because things at home had been so stressed and I get no attention, because my brothers have been in and out of jail and my father runs a large oil and gas company, it’s as if my father tries to buy me off because he bought me horses and so on. Anyway. Just before I turned 16, I got really drunk and ended up having sex with this guy, and I know that that was wrong of me. Then about 11 weeks after, I started to get cramps, I felt like I had bad period pain until I started bleeding really heavy and passing blood clots. My dad was in KL on business and my brothers were out clubbing so I called a close older friend of mine that I ride horses with. She took me to the Emergency Room (as it was about 11 at night) and it turned out I had miscarried a pregnancy. I then got a vacuum to reduce the chances of infection. I was distraught because I had been drinking a lot and smoking a lot in the time when I had been pregnant, and it’s likely that is what caused the miscarriage. I just wish I could turn back time so I knew I had been pregnant. Lately I just feel like a murderer, I feel so depressed all the time and I hardly want to do anything anymore. I used to always be out and riding my horses and going running every morning and evening. Now I’m often alone and I just sit around my house, and I drink. I know it’s not good but I just feel so terrible. How can I help myself? I feel so worthless.
A: You had no way of knowing and must work to try and get over it/ stop blaming yourself. Plus, you have no way to know that your actions made you miscarry the baby. Plenty of people drink and smoke for months before they realize they are pregnant and they are fine. But anyways, this might be a wake up call for you to shut in a little and stay away from people, really review your life. Just like you cannot blame yourself for your miscarriage, you cannot blame your father for your drinking/hooking up with guys, etc. You have to find your own peace and push away all the negative influence. In a sense, find a way to become your own guardian… or like your own parent. Things will get better. It will be a tough few weeks, but they will get better.
